Position : TECHNICAL ENGINEER – INTERIOR CONTRACTING
Location : DUBAI
Salary : AED 10,000 – AED 14,000 + ANNUAL BENEFITS
Our Client, a well established European Interior Contracting Group is looking for a strong & talented Technical Engineer to join their team in Dubai. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring all technical specifications & quality are in compliance with design, client requirements & municipality approvals.
SKILLSETS :
1.Degree/Diploma in Civil or Architectural Engineering
2.Min 5yrs of UAE experience in a similar role with Interior Contracting Companies mandatory.
3.Strong technical expertise in Architectural Drawings & Submittals and Approvals for Luxury Villas, Palaces, Penthouses etc
4.Ensuring the Technical Designs & Drawings are in compliance with the Dubai Municipality & Client Specification and coordinate with the suppliers & site to make sure the execution happens as per approved drawings.
5.Should be able to handle multiple project sites and coordinate with Drawing Team, Projects Team & Client Coordination.
6. Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory.
