Job Vacancy: SMM Manager

Job Conditions:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00
Work Format: Office-based
Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the agency’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and Telegram.
Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for all platforms.
Capture photos and videos of properties and events to produce timely content.
Gather information from staff and brokers to highlight current events and offers.
Develop media plans and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and prepare detailed reports.
Collaborate with design, marketing, social media, Google Ads teams, brokers, and other departments.

Candidate Requirements:
Language: Fluent English is required. Knowledge of Russian or other languages is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in managing social media, content creation, and media planning is required.
Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio showcasing previous content projects.
