📝 Job Vacancy: SMM Manager

📅 Job Conditions:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00
Work Format: Office-based
Salary: Negotiable

📋 Responsibilities:
📱 Manage and grow the agency’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and Telegram.
✏️ Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for all platforms.
📸 Capture photos and videos of properties and events to produce timely content.
🗣️ Gather information from staff and brokers to highlight current events and offers.
🗓️ Develop media plans and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility.
📊 Analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and prepare detailed reports.
🤝 Collaborate with design, marketing, social media, Google Ads teams, brokers, and other departments.

📝 Candidate Requirements:
🌐 Language: Fluent English is required. Knowledge of Russian or other languages is a plus.
📚 Experience: Proven experience in managing social media, content creation, and media planning is required.
🖼️ Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio showcasing previous content projects.
