We Are Hiring: Project Manager (PMO Transformation)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Duration: 1 Year (Long-term opportunity under Marc Ellis Payroll, with potential extension)
Notice: 30 days max and candidates must be in the UAE with local banking experience.
Arabic Speaker

Mobilize and manage large systems implementations across business and technology teams.
Establish and maintain portfolio/program/project governance for effective decision-making.
Oversee budgets, resource management, compliance, risk management, and change control.
Facilitate and manage stakeholder relationships to deliver cost-effective solutions.
Collaborate with Program and Delivery Leads to prioritize the Change the Bank Book of Work.
Deliver analysis and management information to support governance-level decision-making.
15+ years of professional experience (10+ years in relevant project management roles).
Proven track record in delivering end-to-end banking technology projects.
Extensive experience in corporate/wholesale banking and consulting environments.
