Job Title: Procurement Officer / Sourcing Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services for healthcare and construction projects.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Maintain inventory levels and monitor supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and trends.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in procurement or sourcing within healthcare and/or construction industries.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and relevant regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
