Join our healthcare recruitment firm as an Operations Manager Assistant and play a key role in optimizing operations, supporting cross-functional projects, and ensuring process excellence. This role is perfect for someone with strong project management experience, preferably in healthcare or homecare, and exposure to PMO best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the COO in daily operations and strategic initiatives
Lead and coordinate projects under the PMO framework
Monitor and improve workflows, KPIs, and internal processes
Liaise with recruitment, licensing & admin teams for task alignment
Prepare reports, dashboards, and operational documentation
Ensure timely execution of key projects and initiatives
Requirements:
3–5 years in operations or project management (PMO experience required)
Healthcare or homecare industry background preferred
PMP certification is a plus
Proficient in project tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project)
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related fields
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
