Hiring: HR Officer

Looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Payroll & Compensation
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Handle salary deductions, benefits, and overtime calculations

✅ Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Screen and shortlist candidates for various roles
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding procedures

✅ HR Operations & Employee Relations
• Maintain and update employee records
• Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies
• Address employee inquiries related to HR matters

✅ Leave Management & Final Settlements
• Track and manage employee leave balances
• Process end-of-service benefits and final settlements
• Ensure compliance with labor law regulations

Job Requirements:

✔ Minimum 2 years of HR experience in payroll, recruitment, HR operations, and leave management
✔ Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor laws
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔ Preferred: Non-Arab candidates
✔ Salary Range: 400-500 KWD
✔ Must be a Kuwait resident with a transferable visa
