Responsibilities:
– Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters.
– Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
– Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
– Assist in managing employee performance reviews and support managers with performance management.
– Prepare Monthly Payroll and related documents
Requirements:
– Proven experience in an HR role (3-6 years preferred).
– Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Visa 18 Transferrable
