Eco Drive Driving Institute is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in DIC, UAE. If you have 4+ years of HR experience in the UAE and are passionate about managing HR operations for a large workforce, we want to hear from you!
Position Details:
Location: Dubai Industrial City, Dubai, UAE
Languages Preferred: English & Hindi speakers
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment & onboarding for new employees Handle employee relations & grievance resolution Oversee payroll, benefits, & HR administration for 700+ employees Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws & company policies Support performance management & training programs Manage RTA permits & licensing for staff
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 4+ years of UAE experience in an HR role Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws & HR best practices Excellent communication in English & Hindi Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
