Hiring! HR Administrator (Junior Role), Sharjah
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain personnel records, HR documents, contracts and new hire guides
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, suppliers
Admin duties include sourcing stationery, IT supplies, uniforms, etc
Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues
Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information, including reimbursements
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize meetings, trainings, events)
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Diploma in Human Resources or a relevant field
Salary – Dhs 4,000-4,500 per month plus benefits
Location – Sharjah
