WE’RE HIRING – FIELD MANAGER (Telecommunication Project)
Our client is looking for a Field Manager to lead and oversee telecommunication project operations on-site.

Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate daily field operations to ensure project execution aligns with plans and schedules.
2. Manage and lead field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
4. Monitor site progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
5. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
6. Prepare progress reports and documentation.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in telecommunication projects, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
3. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
4. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
5. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
6. Willing to travel and work on-site as required.
