Job Title: Executive Assistant to GM
Location: Dubai
Job Overview:
Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager of External Accounts. Responsibilities include managing the GM’s calendar, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires professionalism, organizational skills, and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage GM’s calendar, prepare documents, and handle confidential information.
Communication: Draft and send correspondence; act as liaison for calls and inquiries.
Meetings & Events: Organize meetings and events, take minutes, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Data Management: Maintain files and databases, assist with reporting, and manage expenses.
Departmental Support: Assist with tracking goals, KPIs, and special projects.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Experience 2+ years as an executive assistant.
Proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational and communication skills, and discretion with confidential information.
