What the Job requires:
The Customer Service Agent is the first point of contact for customers, responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing shipments, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth counter operations.
The candidate should posses a strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to adapt with the fast-paced working environment and willing to work on shifts schedule, holidays & weekends should the workload require.
Preference is given to Arab & Hindi Speakers.
