Hiring Cost Accountant For A construction Company In Cairo

Forward Contractors is seeking to hire the following:
Title: Senior / Team Leader Cost Accountant (Construction).
Location: Heliopolis, Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:
Review actual costs vs. planned costs and analyses variances.
Identify the causes of gaps and provide detailed reports.
Monitor internal and external cash flows and ensure it match projections.
Prepare regular cost reports and financial performance analysis.
Ensure financial controls are in place to prevent waste and inefficiencies.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting within the construction industry.
At least 3 years of experience as a Sr. Cost Accountant or Team Leader of Costing.
Strong ability to analyses detailed financial data and provide strategic insights.
Experience in managing all financial operations related to costing.
