Looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our transport and logistics company in Kenya. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the company, driving business growth and expansion, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan and vision
– Provide leadership and direction to the management team and employees
– Drive business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, market development, and innovation
– Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients, meeting their needs and expectations
– Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction within the organization
– Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies
– Oversee the company’s financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainability
– Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the company’s compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards



Requirements:

– Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
– At least 10 years of experience in the transport and logistics industry.
– Proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality services
