Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee hospital & pre-hospital emergency care operations
✅ Oversee daily operations of healthcare and prehospital care settings
✅ Manage budgets, financial planning, and profit & loss (P&L) accounts
✅ Lead and manage cross-functional teams for operational efficiency
✅ Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery
✅ Coordinate with medical professionals and administrative staff

🎯 Requirements:
🔹 Minimum *7 years* of experience in Hospital / Pre-Hospital Emergency Care
🔹 Proven experience in healthcare operations management
🔹 Strong knowledge of P&L, financial planning, and workforce management
🔹 Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
🔹 *Ideal candidates must be willing to relocate : GCC / UK / NORDIC / NORWAY / EGYPT / JORDAN / BAHAMAS / WESTERN COUNTRIES*
