Time availability to dedicate to this assignment.
Ability to source CVs that align with the job description.
Option to screen candidates and conduct necessary checks.

Compensation:
15% of the invoicing amount for sourcing CVs and ensuring alignment with the job description.
25% of the invoicing amount if screening and checks are also completed.
