Salary: 65-75k AED plus family benefits

We are seeking a Development Director to lead real estate strategy and drive high-profile development projects across the Middle East. This role focuses on identifying and delivering profitable projects while integrating sustainability practices and innovative building solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Define and execute real estate development strategies aligned with corporate goals.
✅Oversee feasibility studies, market research, and financial performance for large-scale projects.
✅Manage project budgets, cash flow, and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
✅Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design, quality, and ESG compliance.
✅Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Ideal Profile:
▪️ 15+ years of experience in project management and real estate development, with a strong track record in delivering high-profile projects in the Middle East.
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
▪️ Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial acumen.
▪️ Candidates should be coming from master developers
