*Operations Manager*- The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the security systems division, ensuring that all installations, maintenance, and customer service activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company standards. The role will involve coordinating teams, managing resources, optimizing operational processes, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction- Strong background in managing security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarms, and monitoring systems) and knowledge of industry standards and best practices- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or systems engineering, or a related field (preferred)- at least 5 – 7 years in Management role- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) or security industry-specific certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional – CPP, Certified Security Project Manager – CSPM) are a plusEmail: jobsqatara2023@gmail.com
