✔️ Analyze working capital management for optimal fund utilization.

✔️ Monitor fund balances and provide strategic insights for improvement.
✔️ Develop strategies and timelines for financial performance.
✔️ Collaborate with the finance team and report directly to the Finance Head.
✔️ Collaborate with senior accountants and stakeholders to implement recommendations.
✔️ Exhibit confidence and assertiveness to question and challenge processes when necessary.

You must have…
✔️ 2–3 years in finance or auditing.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
✔️ Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Proficiency in financial analysis and auditing tools and techniques.
✔️ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Confident and assertive, with the ability to challenge and engage with stakeholders effectively.
