📌 Job Summary:
As a Business Analyst (BA), you will play a crucial role in identifying business challenges, analyzing requirements, and crafting solutions that align with strategic objectives. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient project execution.
This role requires a balance of technical know-how, business acumen, and strong stakeholder management to enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.

Qualifications & Skills:
🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field
🔹 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, fintech, or enterprise solutions
🔹 Certifications: ECBA (preferred) or relevant business analysis certifications
🔹 Strong knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall & Agile), Business Process Modeling, and Documentation
🔹 Proficiency in JIRA, Visio, Figma, and SQL (basic queries for analysis)
🔹 Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
🔹 Experience in client onboarding, process evaluation, and change impact analysis
