We Are Hiring: HR Recruiter

Location: Dubai | Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 | Min Exp: 2 Years

As a key member of our HR team, we are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition. You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
Source, attract, and select top talent for various roles
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the UAE
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies
Ready to join immediately
