Masa Dubai is hiring for the following Vacancy
Position Title: Finance Manager, UAE
Location: Dubai, UAE
Preferred Experience: 7-10 years of UAE Experience within the relevant field
***Priority given to candidates who can join immediately, or with short notice period***

**Responsibilities**:

* Manage the complete general ledger cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations and adjustments

* Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes

* Maintain the financial schedules including fixed asset schedules, prepaid schedules, and other provision
related schedules

* Oversee the Accounts Payable processes and ensure timely invoice processing and reconciliations

* Facilitate the external audit and ensure all documentation and schedules are well maintained and provided

* Monitor expense allocations, identify discrepancies and ensure expenses are recorded in the correct profit/cost centers

* Support Head of Finance in compliance matters by maintaining proper financial controls and ensuring practices followed are as per company policies and procedures

* Provide mentoring and guidance to junior accountants on daily tasks and reconciliations

* Reconcile employee related provisions

* Reconcile the rebates accounts as per contractual terms

* Coordinate with the VAT consultants to ensure compliance

* Prepare monthly financial reports as required
