📅 Joiners: Immediate to 1 month
1. Senior Consultant – SuccessFactors Employee Central
Key Expectations:
• Expertise in end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central (latest certification preferred).
• Strong understanding of HRIS, time management, and global HR compliance.
• Experience in configuring and integrating Employee Central with other SuccessFactors modules.
• Ability to work on global HR initiatives and ensure compliance across different regions.
• Collaborate with clients to provide best practice solutions tailored to HR needs.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 successful end-to-end implementation projects.
2. Senior Consultant – SuccessFactors Recruiting
Key Expectations:
• Proven experience in implementing SuccessFactors Recruiting (Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding).
• Strong knowledge of global recruiting best practices and compliance with labor laws across multiple countries.
• Experience in configuring and optimizing recruiting solutions in SuccessFactors to align with business objectives.
• Familiarity with integrating SuccessFactors Recruiting with other HR systems and platforms.
• Ability to support clients in enhancing their talent acquisition strategies with a focus on process efficiency and candidate experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 successful end-to-end implementation projects.
