Hiring for a Senior Compensation Analyst in Dubai
Salary AED 30,000-35,000 + Family benefits + Discretionary Bonus
-The candidate must have 5-10 years’ experience & must be responsible for reporting, manpower budgets & annual compensation reviews
-Will be responsible for generating all HR reports & providing accurate data by analysing and tracking key metrics
-Responsible for generating all regular & ad-hoc Comp & Benefits reports for the HR & key stakeholders, including but not limited to: Monthly Business Reports (MBR), Overtime Reports, Absence Reports, State Security Reports, Demographic Reports, Quarterly Management Reports & Corporate Governance Reports
-Conduct analysis on large data sets to identify patterns, trends or problematic areas
-Oversee the compilation & formatting of annual budgets & reforecasts relating to HR Services, Employee Manpower & Contractor Manpower, data collection & preparation of the Annual Compensation Review
-Support various Comp & Benefits projects & improvement initiatives by drafting & collating all documentation such as project plans, task lists & presentations
-Liaise with the IT Department for system enhancements to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, preferably Oracle;
