Job Title: HR Head – Africa
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Head to lead HR function in Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the growth and success of our organization in the Africa region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization’s overall business objectives.
2. Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
3. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
4. Labor Relations: Manage labor relations, including negotiations with unions, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
6. HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including HRIS, payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
7. Leadership: Provide HR leadership and guidance to senior management and employees across the Africa region.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2. Experience: 15 to 20 years of HR experience, with at least 7 years in a senior HR leadership role in Africa.
3.Must be having experience in Manufacturing, Retail or FMCG Industry.
4.Proficient in Performance Management Systems (PMS) and Goal Setting related to business KPIs.
